Sorry to be that person, but this is not how you astral project. Astral projection isn't a spell, you need to go into a deep meditative state and feel your astral form leaving your body [a couple common ways are to fall, to float, or to climb a rope] You could use chants or guided meditations to help you reach that state, but there's no spell that will make it happen.
