1) Draw a warm bath.
2) Once the water is halfway filling the tub add in Rosemary and a Pinch of Sea Salt. I usually use fresh Rosemary but dried works just as fine as well.
3) Once the tub is full, add in essential oils. A few drops should get the job done, be careful when adding them in as to not burn your skin.
4) Step into the bath and make sure to focus on calm breathing. This is the perfect time to start meditation or a mental reflection. Make sure to allow your body time to relax.
5) Exit the bath once the waters have run cold.

I have used this multiple times and it works wonderfully! The second time I substituted kosher salt for sea salt. Worked, but not as well.

Are rituals the same as magic spells?

Jul 18, 2021
Kind of. A ritual is more of a ceremony. There are more steps, meditations, offerings, and they aren't about getting something in return [I want money] more it's either giving thanks or having a spiritual journey of self-reflection. spells are quicker require fewer steps and are for getting something in return. It's like going to church on Sunday, the service would be the ritual. Praying would be like spellcasting. You could cast spells during a ritual, but it isn't required. Does that make sense?
