So I did it on myself and it actually worked, I kid you not.

I don't think this will heal you instantly. But yes, it could lessen the pain and make the healing process just a small bit quicker.

This could be Proven to work. Belief is a strong part of magic. If you Cast and Believe that this spell will heal you. It will most like take you from 10% to 80%.

How to use this spell plz tell me

This requires an edit. Create a psi ball, imagine your desired goal, hold your hands over the person, animal or plant, then feel/imagine the energy leaving your hands and charging them with healing energy. As you do this, chant. This should bring you into a trance state and you will be focused on healing and nothing else. When you are done, clap your hands, snap your fingers, tap your hands on the ground, or whatever you feel represents grounding. This will not instantly heal a broken bone, or save someone bleeding to death, but it can sooth pain and quicken healing. Always seek medical attention before Magikal.
