Boil the ginger, then add your squeezed lemon. After boiling for 60 minutes on a low simmer, add your honey. As your doing this make sure to clear your mind of any negative or bad thoughts. Once you have added your honey let it stand for an additional 30 minutes. Put into your cup. As it starts to cool, write down any negative things you are feeling.
Light your incense. Drip three drops of the tea onto your paper. If available grab dirt or any other earth based sorce and put a pinch on your paper. Then take the incense and run it in a circle motion around the paper. Finish your tea. Take a moment to pray and give thanks to all the positives in your life. Burn the paper. This can help calm and relax you. If you have an anxiety disorder, it may help, but be sure you are working with a therapist and if you need meditation, please use medication. Do not rely only on Magik if there is a medical solution. There is nothing wrong with taking medicine if it helps you.
