Casting Instructions for 'Astral Projection'
You will need the following items for this spell:
- 7 White candles
- Timer

- Timer
Place the white candles in a circle around you and light them. Now, set the timer for 20 minutes and meditate until it goes off. When it does, chant:
"Let me project easily, let this be quick as can be! Let my separations be spellbound as I lift off the ground!"
Side effects until you do projection:
- Headache
- Stomachache
- Whole body hurting

I worry the timer will jolt you out of the relaxed state required for projection, but try it and see if it works for you. Projection can take a long time to happen for some, so try this at the same time for a week or two before ruling it out.
I agree. the timer would definitely scare me out of meditation because I am a bit jumpy sometimes!
You're half way there though setting an alarm bad idea as can cause problems if jolted back due to distraction. I have projected a few times and needed nothing more than focus and to meditate no chanting or alarms. Though candles can help with relaxation and meditation.
how many tries did it take you to project? i’m just wondering because i haven’t been able to do it yet
I've been able to astrally project a few times, either through dreams or drug induced experiences. I'm hoping this ''spell'' will help me gain more control over the projection. Also this is the first magic I will intentionally attempt since it seems relatively easy and harmless - trying to take baby steps towards flying and eventually teleportation. For VioletTheCat, no worries if you can't get it on the first try, maybe do some research on lucid dreaming. Just to be safe, I assume the way to come back is to go back into your body in the meditative state?
