You'll need to write down all the situation and how it's affecting you. Now rise your emotions toward this negative situation.
Take the paper hold it close and fill it w/ your intent on banishment.
Now state the issue and your feelings out loud. In your best magick voice state that you'd like this situation out your life.

Now that it has the energy it needs take your anger out on the paper Hit it tear it whatever. This releases the energy and will feel great to the caster.
