Casting Instructions for 'healing minor wounds'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 5 medium oval shaped rocks
  • belief
  • concentration

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 5 medium oval shaped rocks

  • concentration
First place the five medium oval shaped rocks in a circle in front of you
Next close your eyes and concentrate on your pain for at least 2 minutes (longer for cuts and etc.)
Now imagine the rocks are taking all the pain, you can see the pain flowing out of you and into the rocks taking away the pain mending flesh (if its a cut or etc)
Lastly open your eyes and silently thank the earth for taking the pain away

Test it yourself and see, but it seems rather convoluted. If you have a would [say a papercut] get a bandaid and charge the area with energy while visualizing the cut healing.
