2.Write down your transformation phrase, your attack names, and a speech for the end of your transformation, this is optional.
3.Draw your own transformation device, this is optional, if you choose not to have one, all you need is your voice to transform.
4.Draw your own mascot that can help you out. This is optional.
5.Say this chant to awaken the Magical Girl inside you ''Oh ruler of all Magical Girls, please listen, I want to be a Magical Girl, I want to help save the world'' Then wait outside until you see ''The Ruler of all Magical Girls'', show it your picture, your transformation phrase, your attacks list, and you mascot and device if you have one.
5.When your ready, become a Magical Girl for the first time!

What does that mean? Am I going to see like a group of leaders in the sky or...?
You won't see anything. This is a fake spell based on a Manga series, it isn't real and won't actually work.
I only looked on to see how funny it would be because it was obviously fake
i know! everyone knows the only way to become a magical girl is to make a contract with Kyubey lol
parts of this spell can work, such as drawing yourself with more power, but you will not see the ruler of all magical girls outside.
You make an excellent point AnimalEmpath, you can edit this to become a courage spell or to empower yourself with the imagery, but you cannot become a real life magical girl. As is, it won't work, but you can make it work for you in some small way if you take the time to reevaluate it.
Oh it worked! Oh wait no it didnt.. I'm still a guy!
