Magick cannot change us physically, we cannot grow tails/wings/fangs or anything else that we do not normally have. So the poster of this spell is never going to be able to show you photographic proof, because it is a fake spell.

why would someone want a kangaroo tail? i am vary confused

Sorry, but this spell is fake, can you not see the other comments? A wolf tail spell will not work either. If you want these things, try changing shape on the astral plane.
