Write down the time and than draw a pentacle over the thing you are doing and then say: Make time go to (the time you want it to be) by the power of 3x3 so mote it be.Then tap the pentacle 3 times.
I don't think it actually speeds up time, but it speeds up your perception of time. Like, it makes time go by faster in your eyes, but it isn't actually going faster. Here's an example:-
You play video games and are enjoying it. If you don't have anything to do, you'll probably keep on playing and it'll only feel like you've been playing for a few minutes but it's actually been an hour.
As it was explained above, this spell could work, but not in the way you thought. Think about when you're having fun with friends versus sitting in class during a lecture. When you're enjoying yourself, time seems to vanish in a flash. When you're bored, it ticks by like an eternity. The speed that time is passing remains the same, but your perception/engagement has changed. Spells to speed/slow time work by tricking your mind into ignoring the clock and giving the feel of an hour flying by in a minute. This spell might work [it works for you] it might not for everyone, and it might not work in the way you originally thought, but the goal was to make a boring task go by faster. It might still take an hour, but it felt like five minutes, therefore the spell worked. Magick is a part of nature, it takes the easiest, natural root to your goal. Making your brain think the time is flying by is possible without magick, so it would go that route instead of speeding the rotation of the earth or something that would have far worse consequences to the natural world.
