A spell to heal pain however it can not heal bruises or flesh wounds.

Casting Instructions for 'Healing crystal spell'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 1 or more amethyst crystal
  • Visualisation
  • Belief

Place your crystal on the area of the pain and close your eyes. Then visualize a white light filling within you and it relieving your pain.

 

This spell works best after meditation.

 

This spell can not heal bruises or flesh wounds it can only relieve pain.

Needs an edit just to further explain the process. Focus the pain into the crystal. Feel it shrinking and leaving your body through the crystal. This pain could be physical as well as emotional. Be sure to cleanse the crystal or it will absorb the pain and eventually seep out as negative energy.
