Say: "Wind, Water, Earth, Fire, in a circle we conspire, (spirits name) jear my call to thee, hear my call I set thee free. Listen well I call you near, screaming loud for all to hear, my mind is clear, my words are true, spirit of (spirits name) I call to you."
Incomplete spell. A chant alone will not summon a spirit unless you already have a connection with them. It says ''in this circle'' which means you need to first cast a circle before attempting. Even if it does not, protection before casting is important. Furthermore, if you do not have a connection with this spirit, you need a way to contact them. Items they had in life, photographs, favourite food or drink will be required to help call forth the spirit. Moreover, if you do not have clairvoyant abilities, you will not be able to communicate with them, so consider also having a form of divination on hand to help with the communication process. Finally, this spell does not include how to say goodbye to the spirit and ensure they leave your space once the ritual/spell is complete. If you build a ritual around this chant, I will give it a maybe, but as is, it is highly unlikely to do anything of substance.
