will english spells work in none english takling countries, like by Translating the spell to the language that's used in the country

I believe they will still work. Although, some translations might be harder in certain languages. The words still hold the same meaning.

You can always try reciting the spell in English,then in translation. The group I affiliate with does this for some of their rites.

Yes, I've done it myself. I speak a different language and, if I can - I translate the spells sometimes. Everything can be adjusted to your needs.
