Close the door and stand facing it with your hand on the doorknob and your eyes closed. Say "Let this door take me to _____ ( be specific) when I say the word(s) _____. Let me return if anyone wants or needs me/ let no one realize I am gone. To return, I will say _____. So mote it be". Keeping your eyes closed, wait for the doorknob to feel very warm and an overwhelming sense of belief. Shut your eyes very tightly and say your code word. Then, walk through the door. Open your eyes when you feel a change in temperature. The first few times you go through the portal, when you open your eyes, you may be transported back home.
Sadly there is no actual evidence that teleportation works at all. And if it did, it would be far more complicated than simply saying a word and stepping through a door. So basically this spell is just fantasy, not real magic.
