  1. please prey to yourself before drinking your tea, this is a bed time ritual please think it can also be hard to sleep at night all you New night owls..
  2. I know this is intense please breath in and out a few times 
  3. wait patiently till the water boils up 
  4. think for yourself 
  5. remember to chant I love when the whole thing is done 
  6. six make sure you are prepared 
  7. convrese with your tea 
  8. makesure you but a big scoop of ice cream in makes awhole lotta difference

This seems incomplete. There's no measurements so someone might use a dangerous amount of cinnamon [i understand adjusting for personal taste but too much can be harmful] second, what's the point of this? Have a cup of tea with ice cream and some spices/herbs before bed? Is this suppose to sooth can relax you? Perhaps a lavender or mint tea with some honey, but dairy before bed can cause nightmares because of how it effects digestion. It might help someone, but you might want a simpler, calmer, healthier bedtime routine. Sipping tea mindfully is a great idea.
