This chant makes no sense. Plus you can't bring someone back to life.
you can, you just need black magick, necromancy, which i think is not allowed. idk
Necromancy is working with spirits, ''black Magic'' is not a real thing since Magic is intention, not colour. What people consider ''black Magic'' is not evil or dangerous, just another side of life. Neither of which can bring a person back to life.
Meditation, balancing your chakras and energy work as well as exercises to strengthen your clairvoyance is a good first step. If this is a specific spirit you wish to contact [say a departed loved one] you can create an altar space with a photo and some items they liked in life. This can be used to contact them as it's a space where their spirit can reside when they visit, as well as the items holding some energy from the spirit. You can look into divination like pendulum, skrying or automatic writing to help you connect with them easier. You need to also consider the veil between worlds. It becomes thicker and thinner as the year goes. We're currently at one of the thicker points, Beltain and Samhain are it's thinnest points. Spirits can also visit you while meditating, astral projection, or in dreams. If you choose the dream path, you can have a physic or dream tea before bed and say a chant specifics who you wish to contact. I would also place an object/photo of them under your pillow and/or a stone associated with clairvoyance, dreams, and/or spirits. Keep a journal by your bed to record anything once you wake. As for meditation, say the chant stating your desired goal before falling into a trance state or deep meditation [if you're projecting, the spirit should be waiting in the ethereal. Personally, when I go this route, the spirit usually pulls my astral self out of my physical form] Do your own research on the subject and practice for a bit, but that's some basic methods.
There is no way to bring someone or something that has died back to life physically, but spiritually is possible...
