im gonna try this with an orange later ill comment if it works

Saying this before exercising or before eating might work by setting your intention or using the law of attraction to bring your desire to you. As is, I doubt it works.

This may set intention, or possible cast a glamour, but a chant will not make you lose weight.

Im new, so forgive my silly question. How will this kind of chant work? I mean, will it take lesser time to get flat stomach if you do the heavy liftings and put on the work your self?
