wold this count as a physical transformation spell?
Yes and no. It does physical transformation, but it's a natural change and you're doing something mundane to create the change. This ''spell'' asks you to wash your face and say a chant to help your acne. If you just wash your face and don't say a chant, it would still work, just slower, as the spells energy speeds healing.
Charge your facewash with energy, wash your face and say the chant can help. I would caution using aloe on your face if you have not confirmed if you are allergic.
