she's not, she's stating a fact about magick, it's a natural energy that effects energy, it doesn't contradict nature. you cannot physically teleport, look into astral projection.
Sadly there is no actual evidence that teleportation works at all. And if it did, it would be far more complicated than simply saying a word and stepping through a door. So basically this spell is just fantasy, not real magic.
