Casting Instructions for 'Spell to get your Ex Back'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • • Coarse sea salt
  • • A photo of your ex, with his/her birth date written at the back
  • • 5 red candles
  • • 1 white candle with your ex’s name etched into it
  • • If possible, 5 strands of hair from your ex

Performing this love spell to get your ex back: Draw a circle around yourself with the salt. Place the five candles around you, placing them on each point on the circle as if putting them on the points of a pentagram. Put the photo of your ex in the middle of the circle, and place the white candle next to it.

Focus hard on the picture of your ex, and imagine a white light pouring down through the top of your head, through your body, exiting your body through your heart and entering the photo of your ex. See this light cleansing and healing the bond between you.

Repeat the following incantation three times:

“I invoke thee, Aphrodite, goddess of love,
Make pure the bond between (name of your ex) and me,
For the highest good,
So mote it be.”

When you are ready, extinguish all the candles one by one, starting with the white candle.

This spell will be most effective if repeated every night of the week after a new moon.

Has anyone tried this spell? Time for it to take effect?

I don't really care how long it works or whether it even does. They're an ex for a reason. Why would someone want back together when at least one party in the relationship was miserable, angry, cheating, who knows what? If the spell works, it traps the two back together -- against the will of one, and resulting in their mental anguish. That seems extremely selfish to me.
