First, you have to sit cross legged in the middle of the room. Hold out your hands like you're holding a ball in between your hands. Close your eyes, and visualize a ball of any dark colored energy in your hands. Now you have a Psi-Ball! It's mainly used for practice, but you can program it. Make a forum if you have any questions.

what can we do with our PSI ball? I am a baby witch and I am curious :)

They're what you use to cast spells. Once you're able to feel the flow of energy and focus it into a psi ball, you can then charge objects by cupping your hands around them and pooling energy into them similar to how you create psi balls. Psi balls can also be used in healings [mostly to move energy blocks, soothe pain, and quicken healing, not instant wound healing powers] A more advanced use is creating things like thoughtforms, servitors and tulpas, which are types of energy beings you create to do tasks. They're not physical, they work with spiritual tasks [say a thoughtform to protect your home, or a servator to help you find a job]

This needs an edit to better explain psi balls as well as the energy required to create them, but this is how you make psi balls, and it should work. Just remember to charge energy from outside of your body and focus it into your hands.
