Just simply chant this 4 times:


"Dragons my will,
Dragons they might,
I wish to be a dragon at will.
When I say: 'I want to be MY dragon'
I will be that dragon.
When I wish to be my human form,
I will thump my tail on the ground 5 times.
Dragons at will,
Dragons they might,
So mote it be"

Then, think of your dragon.

You cannot transform into a dragon.

if you believe, you might feel as though you are a dragon. you cannot turn physically into a dragon, but your soul will feel like it has transformed.

Correct. That is known as mental shifting, or spirital transformation. This spell, as well as the majority of the spells about transformation, claim it will occur physically. That is what my comment is about. You cannot physically transform into a dragon. Magic will never defy nature on the physical plane. Any spell that claims you can will never work.
