Chant this every morning while looking into a mirror.

"Being white is a curse you’ll see
But if being white you wish to be
Then let this spell work on me
Spirit of old, ancient ones grant this to me"

Note: your skin will start to whiten in spots which will spread over your body in time

What if you want to be black then do you replace saying white with black? I have questions for this one.

That I suppose would be how the author intended the spell to be cast. However, your skin tone is something controlled by genetics, we cannot alter it with magick. You can gently shift your skin tone with tanning creams and safe time in the sun. Magick cannot alter our genetics and so it cannot drastically change your skin colour.
