No, this does not work. With that said, why is it so precise with the time? Why call on the Christian God? And Why would he not know what telekinesis is? Yehweh is apparently all knowing, why would he need an explanation of telekinesis? He can supposedly grant these powers, but he does not know what they are? What if someone uses their powers for evil? Will they be taken away? What would constitute evil anyway since good and evil are subjective? And that last part, while good advice, is a copywrite of Marvel. You do not want Spiderman suing you.
