for about 15 minutes what ever you want them to do tell them at the end like for exzample ''you shall be skinny''

Do I wait I to after the 15 mins to tell what I want to do or whe they are looking at the sigil and can the sigil be a photo on the phone

I highly doubt this would work. Professional hypnotists can't even do it successfully all the time, so just getting someone to look at a sigil for a few minutes isn't going to make someone listen to you. It's definitely not going to make drastic physical changes as the spell suggests.
