Any suggestions?

I've done more energy healing for others. Its been successful, and has helped the people I sent the energy to. I've done the negative energy clearing that a user (Sorry i forgot your name) on here has said to do afterwards. I've noticed that I'm "more angry" in a sense after it. Im not sure if I unknowingly did another transfer or what but I've been in a worse mood lately. It hasnt affected my life ad far as luck, I've been able to study and complete tasks/work that my professors give me just fine. Im not really sure what it is.

Is it possible by clearing negative energy you may have taken some of it on?

It is like how a shamanic practitioner may take on another's pain themselves to neutralize it.

Taking in energy can be part of the healing process and does happen with energy work.

I suggest after using the negative energy removing technique you've been using to try to see if a self cleanse will help.

I am not certain if you are putting up protections or using shielding when you are performing these healings. If not trying this may help as well.

I have done protections and cleansing on self afterwards. I usually do a negative energy cleanse on myself every night as im on campus and work with people so i dont carry the negative energy with me.

Thats why I'm curious as to why I'm feeling negative afterwards.
