Nightmare spell?

Yes i know it sounds stupid, however facing fears builds tolorance once they are seen for what they are.

Also since nightmares are more, in my case likely to be remembered than dreams building enough tolorance will likely increase the ability to remember them. Remember dream spells and book writing them down doesnt help. Please let the spell not be to a god/godess as its against my style.

Something like
Between black and white the infinite grey
May shall i slip between

Could easily be a spell to increase one's range of reaction, or moral vareability slightly if altered/added to by the person whom casts it. Just an example. Some thing where its focusing before bed instead of words would work too. Style matters a lot, this isnt that weird magic with the k. That spelling is just offensive to my style so any spell involving a god, or ritual would fail and offend it.

I am asking for someone to share if they know, or make a spell that is within my style to give the caster nightmares rather than ward them off. I do not want to offend my magic, so i provided an example spell and explained my style. Even if the spell is untested, id like it. Spells that should take months have taken minutea on occasion for me so if its too weak or strong a spell but will, in theory do the job i'm game/willing.

Merry Meet,

I read this as well as another thread by you, which unfortunately added to my confusion, but I will try to answer your question. You are asking about a spell to give yourself nightmares? Before going to sleep, state your intention. Perhaps make a dream pillow with herbs to sooth as well as herbs used in cursing to bring negative dreams instead of positive ones.

You do not need to call on a deity if you do not work with or believe in one. Magic is a force of nature, it has not positive or negative intention, it does not need a deity to make it work. When we focus our energy, that is what gives it the positive or negative charge most cast "white and black" when in reality, it is all intentions of the caster. As for your views on the exact spelling of Magic, there is no right or wrong way to spell it. Spell it in whichever way feels right to you. What I will rebut is your notion that there is no negative consequences in your style of casting. If you know what you are doing, the likelihood of it backfiring is lower, but not zero. Everyone could have a spell come back onto them for a variety of reasons. Understanding Magic will make it less likely.

If you cannot find a spell that does exactly what you desire, write your own. While there is nothing wrong with relying on spells others have created, anyone can write their own spell if they understand how. If you are unsure, use the spell you are referring to as a guide and edit it to suit your needs.

Blessed Be.

Thanks for trying to help, but i guess its my fault for not being clear.

A spell involving words, mind, or focus is more my style. Objects, symbols, and higher beings not so much.

My own sentient magic helps me change a spell i see slightly for desired result faster and more to my style, so spells often work much faster than they should and accurately.

I made a spell to with changing styles of magic easily, if you subscribe the theory some people do not have magic, then this spell can even let them have it. I do not subscribe to said theory, simply id say most people just do not use it. Let me know if the spell may be useful.

A friend helped me with it. I do not know what spell he used but it worked.
