Hi, I am currently learning to see auras and I don't know where to start. If anyone has advice, tips, or some good websites they would be greatly appreciated.

You can strengthen your skills by opening your third eye and practicing with it to see people's auras. Your seeing eyes will not really be able to see the different colors. It may take years for the two to link together for you to actually see them with your eyes. I suggest practice while you meditate on looking at people. See a person in your mind, concentrate on them and seeing their aura. As for the colors and the different meanings there are sites that explain them but remember to you the colors could mean different things. Remember too that a person can have different colors over different parts of the body in their inner aura and their outer aura can be different as well. But when you start you may only see one color till you practice and understand more how to see the different layers ;)
I've seen a technique that consisted in focusing at a spot between the person's eye, and doing that try to look by the corner of your eye to the person's surrounding, you may see the person's aura like a small fading light. You can train that with yourself, a friend or even a relative, then you can try to focus on other parts of the person's body.
As it was said before, remember that the aura may have different colors depending on wich part of the body you look and also their mood.
As Facting said, looking at the center of a person's face and using your peripheral vision to see the edge or outline of their body is a method that has worked for many. When you start off it may be easier to see your own, which you can do by staring at your palm and looking at the side of your hand
