The first method of training is Becoming one with the object,
First, light the candle and stare at the flame focus on it focus on the inner flame not just the flame you see, then close your eyes and keep the inner flame in mind, visualize it growing shorting waving just doing crazy dancing stuff, practice 5 to 10 minutes a day.
The second method of training is Using Energy,
First, blow up the balloon then place on a floor with less friction linoleum is best, then sit comfortable and perform relaxed breathing clear your mind of all things, create a ball of energy and mentally push the ball into the balloon making it move without touching it.
The Final step of training is Bending,
First, grab utensil of any choice, hold it which is comfortable to you, sit relaxed and comfortable with relaxed breathing, empty mind of all thoughts focus on the utensil, Close your eyes and slowly rub the utensil get the feeling of it, feel the energy, the molecules and the atoms of it become one with it,with practice once you become with the utensil it shall bend on it's own,
these are steps to training your telekinesis abilities, but perform telekinesis takes years of practice.
First get comfortable close your eyes and fill the physical body with prana energy, then visualize the Chakra behind your third eye (your forehead for who doesn't know)
The larger end of the Chakra has a brick wall,see your body walking towards the brick wall once it gets to the brick wall come to a compete stop.
Next see your body pushing at the brick wall trying to knock it down if pushing doesn't work see your body shoot an energy blast from it's hands, once the wall is knocked down you shall see the Telepathy grid, which should look like a Black void with white lights flowing around it once you find the telepathy grids point say your name three times.
Listen closely to the white lights hear what it's saying there you did it.
Telepathic Communicating:
Get to the Telepathy grid like before and after you get the message from the white lights send a message into the lights you should see a flash of light if it was sent correctly, then wait for a response also never say "Good Bye" because you never know who you are talking to.
Be somewhere where you can be relaxed also it is preferred to perform this outdoors.
Now close your eyes and be calm and relaxed and clear your mind of all thoughts be completely thoughtless and relaxed.
Now once your fully relaxed and have a clear mind let your friend place and object in the palm of your hand Facing upward, now just simply gather the feel of the object and let the image to mind practice.

First sit in a comfortable position where it is peaceful and quiet and you won't be disturbed
Now place one of hands on the table clear your mind and visualize wind and air flowing around you through out you get the feel of wind blowing around you your a part of the element air,

Focus on the aura of the person in question as you say, "Lies be shown. Truth be known. Truth be known. Lies be shown. As I will, so mote it be". If their aura changes to a dark color, such as black or red, they are lying. If it changes to a light color, such as blue or green, they are telling the truth.

NOTE: This spell will only truly work if you are in a dangerous circumstance. This is one of the harder spells to master, as you will need a clear mind to teleport to any destination but will also have to have proper fear as well. This spell is good to have on hand.
Grasp your Power Object and clear your mind. Imagine a quick picture of your destination, and whisper it out loud. Continue to whisper it out loud, and then begin to think of the consequences of staying in this location. Could you be harmed? Will you be mugged? etc.,etc.
When the fear for your life becomes apparent you may find yourself in the location you may not. This spell is hard to practice with as you'll need fear. It will work if you just believe it will.
make a hole in the ground then draw and eye inb that hole, then make wavy lines on top of the eye, then say

the hole should fill with water then you dip you big toe one which ever side your handed and a reflection should come to life.
