Be somewhere where you can be relaxed also it is preferred to perform this outdoors.

Now close your eyes and be calm and relaxed and clear your mind of all thoughts be completely thoughtless and relaxed.

Now once your fully relaxed and have a clear mind let your friend place and object in the palm of your hand Facing upward, now just simply gather the feel of the object and let the image to mind practice.
