1. Wash the rose quartz and the jar with mild soap and water.
2. Pour the olive, almond, or grapeseed oil into the jar.
3. Add the essential oil and inhale the fragrance, allowing it to relax your mind.
4. Crush the chamomile leaves very finely and sprinkle them in the oil.
5. Add the rose quartz.
6. Cap the jar and shake it 3 times to blend and charge the ingredients.
To use the Magick Balm:
Before going to bed, pour a little of the magick balm into your palm and dip your index finger in it. Then rub the oil on your skin at your heart center. Feel it gently soothing the pain. Take several slow, deep breaths, inhaling the pleasant scent, letting it calm your thoughts and emotions. Repeat each night and each morning until your sadness diminishes.

This spell works better if you take a warm bath afterwards as well.

Light the candle in a dark place, night time works best. Take the voodoo doll you made that looks like your enemy. Chant this three times

Take the voodoo doll and stick the sharp objects where you want the enemy to feel pain. Note, If you want them to die, stab the heart of the doll repeatedly. The doll also must contain a artifact from your enemy, like hair or a toe nail clipping.

In the bag, put have the Lavender herbs inside. Then place the Clear Quartz within the center of the herbs (Like stuffing it in there). This will amplify the energy of the Lavender. Then, pour only a little bit of the oil to prevent nightmares and awakening from your sleep. Make sure you don't get the oil on your skin.
Close and tie the bag and shake it a bit so everything blends. Place the bag in front of the candle. Chant:

If you have natural antipathy - hatred or fear - you can use this to harm someone who has hurt someone innocent. If an animal has been killed, for instance a bull, his heart can be used to hurt the person responsible.
If someone has hurt you, take something personal (a lock of hair for instance) and put it under your pillow while you sleep. Chant: "Such anger, such hate and fear". You can also feed the hair to the person who hurt you.
If you have a spirit bothering you their are many ways to ward it off. This particular way protects against thought-forms and spirits such as those. In simple terms it breaks the psychic connection or bind on you created by the spirit; think of a incubus or succubus.
First keep your self calm, the more anxious you get the scarier they become basically. Lay down a circle of salt or even throw rock salt at it. This will slow down the spirit but it will not banish it. Put a salt circle around, throw salt at it and say, "leave this house, you are not welcome here!" as many times as it take for him to leave.
