Take two chairs, and sit them facing one another. Choose the more comfortable of the two chairs, and sit down in it. Calm yourself, and begin to visualize your pain in the other chair. Visualize it in vivid, excruciating detail, spend some time on this--at least 10-15 minutes. When you have finished with your visualization, it is ok to get up.. You should begin to feel your pain dissipate. After 2 or 3 hours, it is ok to move the chairs, your pain should be completely gone.

Draw a pentagram on the floor or a big sheet of card board. Place the five candles on the points of the pentagram and light them one at a time and say: "Gods and Goddesses I call upon you to protect me until my task is done, protect me from harm hear my call so mote it be".

Let the ring sit with the blood on it until the closing of the circle is complete. Clean your wound and bandage it up, the clean the ring with dragons blood soap and put on the ring to charge it with your energy to seal the binding of the ring to your soul and body.

First get into a meditative state. Then make a needle with your psi energy really thin and sharp. Then imagine your genes running through separate tubes. Tell the needle what to with your mind like change my gender to a girl. The needle then should go to a tube and poke into it. Once the needle has made a hole, close up the hole with psi otherwise you will lose part of your character. Then wait until the needle evaporates into the tube, and then exit your meditative state. Go around thinking what you would change like "I am a woman" or something. When you get really good at this you will see immediate change.

Imagine your body heating up, and a flame sparking inside of you. Visualize that flame growing, spreading a yellow glow throughout your body that heats you up.

Now, place 3 blue quarts into the bowl of salt water and add some sage, next let them set for 5 mins or until dark. Once you’ve took out you 1st stone, just hold it in your left hand and say. "“I say, this stone will be used for power".” (3 times)

Rinse the stone and dry it, now bring it back into the moon light, saying. “By the moon light, I say, "this stone will be used for power". (3 times) now take the 2nd stone and say "“I say, this stone will be used for healing".” (3 times) like before rinse and dry it, then take it back into the moon light and say "“By the moon light, I say, this stone will be used for healing".” (3 times) now take your last stone in your left hand and repeat.

Visualize white gold energy in and around yourself. Now hold this visualization, only this time see yourself as more muscular and better built. Hold this visualization and affirm "I have a brutal physique and am well built". Affirm 5-10 times.

I advise anyone who does this spell to be at a healthy weight for health reasons. Be sure to repeat this spell regularly for results.

Get skyclad. If you want light your favorite incense or scented candle. Take the makeup or paint and use it to write or draw on your body anything that's bothering you. Some examples: if you're having trouble with getting over an ex, you might write the persons name over your heart, or draw a broken heart. If you have undiagnosed symptoms you might draw a ? where the symptoms occur. If you're worried about money, maybe a $ on your forehead.

Think of everything that bothers you. As you write or draw, think about the problem and confront it. There's reasons it hurts or worries you, and that's ok. That's human nature. When you think about it and rationalize you can come to terms with it. That can be hard to do, so that's why I recommend repeating as necessary. This isn't an easy spell, it will hurt emotionally to confront these hurts, fears, and stresses, so let it out, cry, yell, beat up a pillow, whatever makes you feel better (as long as you're not hurting yourself, others or damaging property).

Once you've faced your issues, get a hot shower going. Get in and get a good lather going. As you wash off the makeup or paint, visualize those problems washing down the drain. Also visualize the soap as purifying white or healing green light. Put your head under the shower head and let the water wash it all away and cleanse your soul. Salt is known for it's purification qualities so if you have a salt scrub, use it when you start to feel better. When you feel calmer and like you're strong enough to face your problems (and all the makeup or paint is washed off), get out. You can follow this by taking a nap or having a snack to rejuvenate since it is exhausting.
