Set the black candles in a circle and sit in a meditating position in the middle. Light the candles Repeat : "I summon the power of the shadows" 10 times.
Imagine the smoke of the candles as shadows flowing into you. Repeat steady breathing with your eyes closed for 10-15 minutes. Slowly come out of meditation and snuff (never blow out) the candles.
Basically this spell will stop pains. It depends on the amount of pain though, if its not very painful it should work and if its something like a graze or paper cut it will need lots of concentration.

On a full moon light some of your favourite incense and close your eyes. When you fell ready, call upon the energy of the moon to take you deep inside of yourself - that special place that is yours and yours alone. Now call upon your grandmother crone energy and let her image appear to you in your minds eye.
Witness all the gifts and power she has to offer you as you see yourself leaving behind your youth. Open your heart to release all the pain and rage of ageing, and know that you are unconditionally loved by this grand mother crone. She is here to receive you as soon as you surrender into her arms. When you feel complete, take her into your heart. Leave the candle to burn down to the wick in homage to her.

For absent healing you can make what is known as healing poppet. This a blue felt doll made in the shape of a person or animal. While you are cutting out this shape ,send healing thoughts to either the person or animal to be healed. Remember it is the concentration that counts. Now embroider or you can draw healing symbols onto the heart of the poppet and then stuff it with herbs such as lavender, thyme, bay, nettle and rosemary. If possible you can also include a piece of the person's hair or fingernail. As you are making the poppet , recite this mantra seven times:
"I name this poppet .......(the name of person or animal )
Let be well,
Let be whole.
Healing come fast and true.
Is indeed well. Blessed be."
Place your on your altar and put some fresh blue flowers beside it. Leave it there for a whole cycle of the moon. As the moon passes into it's waning phase, you should light seven blue candles and the bury the poppet in the earth - burying whatever disease the person healing may be harbouring in there body.

Blow out white candle first that red than light the paper with the flame of the black candle after the paper has burnd take the ash of the burned paper place the ash on the other paper and fold the paper with the ash inside. On your main light blow out black candle take the folded paper and bury it into the ground you can do this on the night you cast the spell or the next morning.

Please find a place where you can relax;
This can be at work in your office, Sitting outside in a quiet park, You can do this at home sitting on sofa, bed even on the floor.
1) Try to sit without moving your body just relax yourself and quiet all your thoughts.
2) Close your eyelids.
3) Try focusing on one point and nothing else.
4) Try focusing between your eyes.
5) After body and mind have been stilled.
6) Try to stay that way for 1 hour or more keep note on how long you stayed focused each day.
7) Do this sited, do not lie down (this could cause you to fall asleep).
8) It may take a lot of practicing to actually stay still and quiet.
9) Don't give up, keep practicing this and it will enhance your mind.
