This is a spell to become one with the wolf.
On a full moon go outside and call the elements and cast a protective circle if you wish but you do not have to.
Say this spell 3 or more times:
''As it is the new moon tonight I will be reawakened as one with the night. I will be one with the wolf.

When enough power is built up and you feel the energy flowing through you, leap thrice over the stump and you shall transform and run into the forest.
If this spell works, it works instantly, as soon as one leaps the third time over the stump. By leaping thrice over a knife, they use magick to transform into a wolf. The stump aids in their magick by adding the power of nature.
