ok this is weird but rub your belly three times and then chant:

"I wish my belly is somewhat wee- most of the time, when I want it to be.Therfore, when I am alone, I can decide if I want a big belly to hoan.If someone steps into the space, small or vast, let that big belly be in the past!!Everyone else will only see

The perfect size I want it to be"
