Mold a doll out of clay. Place the paper in its mouth with the name Bethemet written on it. Tap the doll three times with the mistletoe wand, saying: 

"With this name, so shall you be
Alive to guard o'er all you see.
With this charm, I see thee endow
the power to protect me now"

As outlined it is too simplistic to protect against major conjurings. You can make a clay poppet and place protective items inside the clay as well as a piece of your DNA like hair, spit or blood, to connect the poppet to you. Charge the poppet with energy, imagine your desired outcome, then hold the poppet while chanting. That should create a protection poppet which would absorb any negative workings sent your way. You should also check on the poppet once a month to get rid of any negative energy and recharge it with protective energy.
