First, go to a window. Focus. Focus. Focus. Close your eyes and play a calming and peaceful (not an upbeat, happy one) tune. Sad songs work best. You can play: MusicEgg's Waltz of Destiny, Amor Kana's Ocean of the Heart, and more that fit the category of this music.
Play it until you're satisfied, and put down your instrument of choice. Wait. Wait. Wait. To strengthen the spell, you can chant: "Fall down to me, in my command, now."
