  • Clear quartz crystal
  • To be near a body of water (pond, lake, the sea etc)

Hold the crystal and say the following:

 

Water dragon I summon thee,
To protect me from those that wish to harm me,
Water dragon I need you in this hour.
Give me your strength and your power
Water dragon I summon thee
Protect me now so mote it be.

Remember it won't be a physical Dragon, but this can work.

If this is a symbolic power from the dragon, this could be a working protection chant. If this is physical strength of a dragon, transforming into a dragon, or gaining elemental powers, this does not work.
