Then go outside a few minutes before the eclipse and find a safe place where you can see the moon clearly.
When the moon is fully eclipsed say:
''I summon the Triple Goddess in all her names, faces, and forms. I summon the Maiden, the Mother, and the Crone, and kindly ask thee to grant me a wish. I wish(say wish here, be explicit). I thank you, O Great Triple Goddess. As I will, so mote it be. Blessed be.''

as long as it doesn't contradict nature, it does seem plausible [though personally i feel it doesn't] i suggest trying it yourself and see if it works
But when does the blood moon lunar eclipse come?
I'm the one who made the spell. My old account got locked by the site due to one of my other spells. Wishing magic is a tricky thing, and since magical energies are weakened in this scientific age, most spells aren't gonna work. When they do, the effects will be weak or barely noticeable. Also this spell can't make one All-powerful. All-knowing maybe, but not All-powerful

You can take a ritual shower. The point is to cleanse and ground yourself before a ritual. Meditate and ring a bell, burn incense, hold crystals, or light a candle. There are a plethora of options, choose what resonates with you.
