It's a good start, but incomplete. I would charge energy, maybe burn a black candle or anoint the photo with a blessed oil [black cat oil, commanding oil, or stop gossip oil for example] And as always, charge and focus your energy. You might wish to chant something in the moment which is fine, but if you're just taking a picture, crossing out the mouth, then chucking it in the freezer, it won't work.
