Visualize grey energy around but not in yourself. Now visualize this energy around the person you want to attack while visualizing a specific misfortune over and over. Hold this visualization and affirm ''(name the misfortune) is happening to (name)''. Affirm 5-10 times. Be sure to repeat this spell until the misfortune occurs.

energy is all around us, visualize the energy, feel it pooling around you, then visualize/feel it being directed at the person.

also is this one time if not. how to i reverse

you should have some conviction when you cast a spell, think before you cast, you can't expect to cast a spell, then take it back a day later all the time. while you can reverse a spell, it takes more energy so think before you cast, otherwise if you keep casting and reversing the universe might teach you a lesson.
