Set up your cozy space, and make sure to be alone. Wrap the blanket around you to warm up. Put a piece of chocolate in your mouth, but don't chew it. As it melts in your mouth, place a candle on your left, and place a candle on your right. Light them and swallow the chocolate.
Calm yourself and hold the rose quartz in your hands. Take three deep breaths. Picture pink clouds drifting through the sky. They are moving clockwise, in the direction to bring positive energy.
