  • 2 purple candles

  • 2 purple candles
Cast a circle and then Light 1 candle and put it to your right. Say, ''This candle represents stress in my body, burning like a fire.'' Then, take the other candle and set it to your left and say, ''Let this candle represent the flowing of stress out of my body. Let it represent me without worry.'' Light the candle and blow it out. This spell works better if you take a warm bath afterwards as well.
