Sit in the circle and think of every aspect of your favoured body (or just a specific part). Begin to think how much you want to change, weight, figure, height,muscle mass, and so on. Now chant, "My body is changing. Now my skin flows, see where it goes". Say that several times over at least 10 minutes.

No. Chanting something will not change your body. Proper exercise and diet can help.
You could expand on it and turn it into a spiritual transformation, or to set your intention for a new health routine, but as a ''say this and physically become how you desire to look'' unfortunately, no.
This needs an edit. It might set your intention, but it will not instantly give you your desired body. No spell will.
