chant,"heal,heal thy soul is clear. gods and godesses hear my plea, by the power of three so mote it be!"

make sure you are in a comfy position. it will heal your mind and soul.

do it as much as you feel you need to do it. 

2 times daily is reccomended but not needed.

What exactly does it do? [heal your mind and soul, got it, but what does that mean exactly?] try it and record any results. It sounds incomplete, or at least it doesn't outline what it does besides ''heal''. It could help people like a mantra though.

I would build on this. Personalize it to explain what you are healing from. Journaling before or after you say this chant can also help.
