This does not work. Perhaps you are able to manifest your crush returning your affections, but their eyes and hair changing colour will not occur.

Ignore Tadashi, for *most* it won't work. Also, why would you want it anyway? Can't you just use dye and not waste energy?

Tadashi is speaking the truth, this specific spell won't work. If you're trying to summon something to possess a person, it'll take more than a chant. Physical transformations that defy natural law such as their hair changing like a mood ring won't work either. Magick on the physical is ruled by nature, it doesn't contradict it like someone waking up with purple and blue hair to indicate they love you. Love spells are possible, but this one is a work of fiction.
