Place the petals around you so there is at least 4 visible points, circles work better but require more petals. Sit in the circle and clear your mind before saying the spell.

This might help some, but I would use petals from a flower with either cleansing, healing, or love properties. Say this chant, then meditate and/or journal. The chant alone will do very little.
