There are only 3 steps. Do this without any fails and it will a fullfiled.
Step 1) close your eyes abd imagine the person (or thing) you want to be.
Step 2)Meditate for 5-10 mins. And consintrate.
Last step) walk around the neighborhood thinking like ''i wanna be a girl'' or something like that.

You cannot physically transform into anything with Real Magik.

No. Just no. Biokinesis (which I believe could be possible after years of practise) is a kind of ability that won't just happen with 10 minute meditations. And changing your whole form is next to impossible. People have only managed to somewhat change their eye color after years of hard work. I doubt you'd be able to transform your whole physical body after ten minutes.
