This spell is for when you have a burning pain of some kind.

Place your hand over the part of your body that feels like it is burning. Imagine a giant snow flake if on top of the spot that hurts. Feel the coldness on your skin. Imagine that snow is coming from the hand that is over the burn. Feel the snow lightly cover the top of the skin the coldness it brings. Focus on the cold and not the pain. then relax, and repeat if the pain continues.
