FIrst put the scab and hair in water. Have the 3 year old come in the room. Put your hand in the water and close your eyes.Chant this 2 time:
I wish to be younger. I wish to be (how old you want to be). Hagina kaykay!

Side affects: Acting like a kid, Eating mustard, getting in trouble

This doesn't work. old water, child hair, and a scab won't make you look younger, and you won't die in a month if you cast this wrong. If you wish to look younger, you could call on a deity associated with youth a beauty to help, but you would need to eat right [more fruits and veggies and less fast food and junk] exercise regularly, plenty of sleep, 8 glasses of water a day, daily skincare routine. Even the clothes you choose can give you a more mature/childish look.

Nonsense, you cannot change your age, especially not like this.
